A modern DADU design for a sloped Seattle lot, with dark vertical siding, large-format windows, and a covered parking area built into the hillside below. This project is currently in design, shown here as a concept rendering rather than a completed build.
From structural framing through finish carpentry and final punch list, the Axiom team managed every trade and every detail. The result is a DADU that takes full advantage of a challenging sloped site.
