Axiom Home Services was born from the idea that the same craftsmanship and care we bring to a $2M custom home should be available for every homeowner — no matter the size of the job.
Everything on that list you've been putting off. Drywall, fixtures, sticky doors, cracked patio.
Interior and exterior painting by the same crew behind Seattle's best renovations.
Tile, vanities, fixtures, lighting. Bathroom refreshes that look like full remodels.
Fresh paint and refaced cabinets transform a kitchen. Design guidance included.
Broken seals, drafty frames, or full replacements — handled with precision.
Year-round home maintenance. One call covers everything.
Axiom Home Services has its own team and booking process for repairs, maintenance, and smaller projects.
Visit Axiom Home Services →Same company, same team standards, different scope. Axiom Design Build handles custom homes, whole-home remodels, and additions. Axiom Home Services handles the smaller stuff — handyman repairs, painting, bathroom updates, window and door replacement, and ongoing maintenance plans. If your project grows into something bigger mid-scope, we can transition it to the Design Build team without starting over with a new contractor.
Usually not for cosmetic work like refacing or repainting. Bathroom updates that involve moving plumbing fixtures, structural changes, or new electrical circuits typically do require a permit in Seattle. We tell you upfront whether your specific project needs one — we don't skip permits to save time, since unpermitted work can create real problems at resale.
Small repairs and handyman work: usually within 1–2 weeks. Painting and bathroom updates: 3–5 weeks out depending on season — spring and early summer are our busiest months. If it's genuinely urgent, call us directly and we'll do what we can to move things around.
No formal minimum, but for very small jobs — a single loose railing, one leaky faucet — it may be more efficient to bundle it with other items on your list, since there's a base cost to sending a crew out regardless of job size. We'll tell you honestly if a job is small enough that batching makes more financial sense.
We'll tell you exactly where your project fits and who the right team is to handle it.
